When painting a huge project like Master Grade Gundams or even Perfect Grades, you'd likely need a huge drying bed to simultaneously dry those parts you are painting.

Master Grade Gundams easily have more than 100 parts and organizing them by batch on one painting base allows you to inspect them if they have the same amount of shade you want. Another plus on having a big painting base is that it allows you to o around the parts with minimal chances of missing any part. 

A simple tip to keep in mind is to always paint in pairs. If you are to paint the right foot, immediately go for the right foot next. When doing thigh or leg armor, do the same. This will also keep the balance of color even when you suddenly run out of paint in your aribrush
